What data does the assistant use?

Your store's own data, in a private per-store index — no web search, no invented specs, and a refusal when it doesn't know.

The assistant answers from your store's own data — products, policies, pages, blog posts, and your Q&A entries — held in a private index for your store alone. No web search; it refuses rather than invents.

Who this is for: anyone deciding whether to put an AI in front of their customers.

What goes in

  • Product catalog, policies, pages, and blog posts — synced automatically, refreshed daily.

  • Q&A entries you write in Knowledge.

  • Judge.me reviews, if connected (optional).

Each store's index is private — one store's data never answers another store's shoppers.

What the store-management side reads

Orders, stock, or sales questions on WhatsApp or Telegram read your live store data at that moment — from your platform, not a copy.

What it will never do

No web search about your products, and no plausible-sounding guess to fill a gap — an unanswered question gets a refusal or a handoff.

Limits

The assistant is exactly as good as the data behind it — thin pages, thin answers. The fix: [The assistant doesn't know a product or policy].
