Where Bolt runs — Shopify, WooCommerce, Ecwid — and the six languages you can run your store in.

Bolt runs on Shopify, WooCommerce/WordPress, and Ecwid. You can run your store by chat in six languages — English, Tamil, Hindi, Rajasthani, Bengali, and Spanish — including by voice note.

Who this is for: anyone checking compatibility before installing.

Platforms

  • Shopify — embedded admin app, widget via theme app embed. Primary platform; some newer store-change commands are Shopify-only.

  • WooCommerce / WordPress — plugin with admin app and widget.

  • Ecwid — admin app plus storefront chat launcher.

Most commands work on all three; where one is Shopify-only, Bolt says so, never failing silently ([Which commands work on my platform]).

Languages

Store management on WhatsApp/Telegram works in all six:

  • Switch by asking — "switch to Hindi".

  • Voice notes are transcribed and acted on; replies are text.

  • Money terms, numbers, and coupon codes stay exactly as said — never translated or "corrected".

  • Money-touching requests meet a stricter bar in every language; when unsure, Bolt asks.

Audio briefings speak your chat language.

Limits

The first-run tour and capability menus are English-only today. Wix and others aren't supported yet — no dates promised.
