A shopper asks "where is my order?", verifies the order's email with a one-time code, and sees their status — no login, nobody else can read it.
Who this is for: merchants curious what shoppers see, or who got a "your chat asked me to verify" question.
The flow
The shopper asks about their order in chat.
The assistant asks for the email used on the order.
A one-time code goes to that email; it expires after 10 minutes.
The shopper enters it and sees their order status.
A quick automated-traffic check sometimes comes first, erring toward blocking on purpose — better a bot fails than fishes for order data.
Why verification exists
Order details are personal — addresses, items, amounts. The code proves the asker is the buyer; a stranger typing random order numbers gets nothing.
Live courier tracking
With TrackFree connected (opt-in, in integrations), the assistant gives live delivery status, not just fulfillment state.
Limits
Only your store's orders are shown, only to someone who verified that order's email. A missing code is usually a typo, the wrong email for that order, or a spam folder.
