Bolt understands 24 commands in plain language — ask in your own words. Anything that changes your store previews first and waits for your YES.

Who this is for: any merchant with WhatsApp or Telegram connected. Bookmark this. Items marked Shopify only today aren't on WooCommerce or Ecwid yet.

Store changes (Bolt always asks first)

Each previews the exact change and waits for your typed YES — see [How confirmations work].

  • Add product"add product Blue Tee price 25 stock 100" — by text, or send a photo and Bolt drafts the name and description.

  • Edit price"change Blue Tee price to 30" — shows current price and the new one first. Shopify only today.

  • Edit stock"set Blue Tee stock to 50" — shows current stock and the new number first. Shopify only today.

  • Fulfill order"mark #1001 as shipped, tracking ABC123" — marks it fulfilled, then double-checks the store really shows it. Shopify only today.

Coupons and promotions

  • Add coupon"create a 10% coupon valid for 30 days" — values checked first, terms spelled out, bigger discounts wait for your YES.

  • List coupons"show my active coupons" — your live discount codes. Shopify only today.

  • Deactivate coupon"deactivate SAVE10" — turns a code off after your YES, then verifies it's really off. Shopify only today.

  • Create banner ad"create a banner ad with 15% discount valid 7 days" — mints the coupon (with your confirmation), then generates a promo image carrying the real, working code.

  • Create banner"create banner with top products" — a quick banner image from your top products or new arrivals.

  • Birthday campaign"create a birthday discount of 20% for 10 days" — personal birthday coupons and a banner for customers with upcoming birthdays.

  • Ad copy for best seller"top selling product aimed at fitness fans" — ready-to-post ad text for the audience you name.

Languages and voice

All of this works in English, Tamil, Hindi, Rajasthani, Bengali, or Spanish — switch by asking ("switch to Hindi"). Voice notes work too: Bolt transcribes and acts on them. Replies always come back as text.

Limits

Half-specified requests get a clarifying question, never a guessed action. Commands unavailable on your platform simply aren't offered — asking anyway gets an honest "not on your platform yet." See [Which commands work on my platform].

Still stuck?

A store-changing command doing nothing is almost always a pending confirmation — read [How confirmations work]. Otherwise, message us.
